Pickup & Drop Terms and Conditions

• Pickup and drop services are provided at the sole discretion of KS Valeting and Detailing.
• 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Pickup and drop are free of charge, while payment applies only to the booked service.
• Customers must schedule and book at least one day in advance.
• Service is available within a 5 km radius. Vehicles must be driveable with a charged battery. If there is any issue with the vehicle, please inform us before handing it over.
• Customers should ensure someone is available at the pickup and drop location. In case of delay, inform us via call or message at least 30 minutes in advance.
• For pickup, if waiting exceeds 15 minutes, the service will be cancelled, and a cancellation charge of Rs.100/- will be deducted from the advance payment; the remaining amount will be refunded.
• For drop, if waiting exceeds 15 minutes, the vehicle will be dropped outside the society gate, and keys will be handed to security personnel. If refused by security, keys will be kept at us. Customer will have to collect it from our workshop.
• While all precautions are taken, KS Valeting and Detailing will not be responsible for any damage occurring during pickup, transit, drop-off and its duration at our workshop.
• KS Valeting and Detailing is not responsible for loss of any items, goods, or luggage kept inside the vehicle.
• Pickup and drop service is a courtesy provided by KS Valeting and Detailing and should not be considered a customer entitlement under any circumstances.
