FAQs:

Q: How these two types are different?
A: Type 1 wiper mark removal improves night time visibility by removing glare on the glass. Type 2 waterspot removal is intended to improve visibility and appearance of all glasses.

Q: If type 2 improves visibility of all glasses, how is it different than type 1?
A: Type 1 = scratch removal from glass. Type 2 = surface contamination removal that cannot be removed by mmere glass cleaner or washing.

Q: How do scratches occur of the front glass? What causes glare at night?
A: When wipers are used on dry glass, the dust settled on the surface is scratched on glass. When the wipers get old, the rubber blades drag on the glass. These are common reasons of wiper scratches on the front glass.such scratches reduce nigh time visibility.

Q: What are glass waterspots?
A: Some cars are left to dry instead of wiping them dry with the help of towel. when water is ‘air-dried’ on the surface, the minerals in water deposit on the glass which becomes a waterspot. over the period of time, the glass is full of white spots that degrade car’s appearance, reduce visibility.

Q: What precautions should I take in order to prevent wiper scratches on glass?
A: When the car is not in use, keep wipers in standing condition (lift them from glass surface). As much as possible, wipe the dust away with a cloth before using washer spray and wipers. Change wipers when you start to see lines when wipers are used (when wiper is activated, instead of wiping the area clean, there are lines along the path of wiper arm movement).

Q: What precautions should I take in order to prevent waterspots on the glasses?
A: Never let your car to ‘air-dry’. Always wipe the car with drying towels.

Q: When I use wipers in rain, there is an oil like film on my front glass, otherwise my front glass have no scratches or glare. What is this issue and which service should I opt?
A: This is caused due to road debris hitting the glass. This debris is combination of oil, tyre particles that settle on road due to tyre friction with road, dust and other trash. over the period of time, this residue builds on the glass and when wipers are used in the rain or after splashing water on the glass, you see an oily and hazy film on the glass the significantly reduces visibility. This issue can be solved by using type 1 glass polish as it also removes road film from the glass.

Q: Why deep scratches cannot be removed from glass?
A: The glass gets heated when the polishing is being done. Deep sctaches require intensive polish on that area. This increases risk of glass cracking. Hence deep scratches cannot be removed.
