A: Fabric parts may remain slightly damp after cleaning but will dry with proper ventilation.

A: In most cases, yes. Combined steam cleaning and ozone treatment significantly reduce or eliminate odors. It is always advised to inform us in advance about specific cases such as food spills, cars not in use for prolonged duration, child vomit, etc., so that specific areas can be addressed properly.

A: Yes. We avoid steam on electronic parts such as displays, switches, as well as soft plastic parts that are prone to damage. Steam helps in decontamination of carpets, fabric parts, and hard-to-reach areas. In a nutshell, steam cleaning is safe when done correctly.

Q: What is ozone treatment and why is it used?
A: Ozone treatment helps eliminate bad odors caused by smoke, food, or moisture. It neutralizes odor at the source rather than just masking it. Although it is made up of oxygen, the oxygen we breathe is O₂ whereas ozone is O₃. It prevents bacterial growth, so when the car interior is exposed to ozone for a certain duration, bacterial growth is reduced. Ozone treatment serves as disinfection and sanitization of interior.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: It usually takes 4–8 hours depending on the condition of the car and level of dirt buildup.

Q: Do you remove seats /any parts in this service?
A: Unless requested by the customer, we do not remove parts. Parts removal increases the cost by ₹500.

Q: My car keeps getting dirty frequently, but frequent deep cleaning seems costly for me.
A: This service focuses on thorough interior cleanliness. Our suggestion is deep cleaning once every 6 months to 1 year, along with a detailed wash every 1–2 months for maintenance. However, cars with more fabric parts such as seats and armrests that get dirty frequently can only be properly cleaned through deep cleaning.
